Can’t see the sunshine for findin’ the rain,

And all of the questions that we just can’t explain;

Frustration of questions where faith ain’t allowed,

Frustration that only darkens life’s cloud.

Now, the storm’s gonna pass, and the answers we’ll get,

But somewhere on the way, we’ll most likely get wet.

But faith, let us, Lord, to never stop tryin’.

We gotta get wet to appreciate the dryin’.
