I stepped out into the cool of the night and felt the autumn breeze,
As it swirled about, through the pines and oaks, and felt completely at ease,
I feel the cool damp grass tickling my bare feet, I can hear the night creatures,
As they call one to another, in my minds eye, I can see their different features,
I see the moon so very bright in all of its fullness, the stars so bright and shiny,
In such abundance with all their twinkle, but in comparison so very tiny.
O' my the mystery of it all, it overwhelms me! And I fell to my knees and cried,
My Father, my God what is man that you are mindful of him?
Do I have a purpose? Do you have a plan for me? Please don't put me aside.
And suddenly, I can feel the sweetness of his Spirit as it sweeps over me and I hear
The voice of my Beloved say, come unto me all that labor and are,
Heavy laden and I will give you rest, I do have a plan for you, so be of good cheer.
A time of preparation you have endured, a refining process is taking place,
There are many changes that are to come,do not fight them, only embrace,
My love for you is greater than any you have ever known,
I have had my hand on you for a very long time, you have never been alone,
In all of your failures and successes these things have been a part of the hone.
I cried out, my Father,my Savior,my Love,give me the strength, and the wisdom,
That I need,so as to please you, and bring honor to your Holy name and Kingdom.
Listen! Can you hear them? I can hear "Voices in the Wind" it is the voice of the ancient ones,
I hear the voice of the psalmist, "David", the mighty warrior that gave Gods enemy no options,
I defeated the Lion, I defeated the Bear, even the Giant that came up against me could not stand,
The Spirit of the Lord is, and was upon me, as I walked on earth among man,
Now the Spirit of the Lord has been given to you, take heed and don't build your house on sand,
Consider these of the Ancient Ones
Moses, Joshua, Caleb, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, John the Baptist, Apostle Paul, Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John
I cried out my Father my God my Lord, I thought you said the "Meek" shall inherit the earth
I am not the mighty warrior these men are! And the Master said, you are not your own,
"You have been bought with a price" is this not "MY "kingdom? I will be the judge of your worth.
I can hear Caleb saying if you will wholly follow the Lord thy God, and be faithful to him only,
He will give you that mountain, and the desires of your heart for your inheritance.
Meek is not what you think! To be meek is one that is submissive to my voice!
Obey my Spirit, as he leads you on this "journey", for you will always have a choice,
Be sensitive to him as he guides you, and you will be as these, forever to rejoice!
I cried, here am I my Lord, what would you have me to do? I have no talents such as these,
And he said, this same strength shall be yours, but it will only come when you are down on your knees,
Moses led your people out of bondage, Joshua brought them into the land of promise, Caleb was
The faithful one, Ezekiel,Isaiah and Jeremiah were the Men of Thunder the mighty prophets,
Of their day, and even in these end times, I can hear these mighty ones as they speak to this
Generation, John the Baptist was the one chosen to Baptize the Messiah of mankind,
The apostle Paul wrote most of the New Testament, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John the
Revelator were the friends of our Lord and Savior, and still we hear these "Voices in the Wind"
And now I can feel my Jesus and his Sweet Holy Spirit take me in his arms and ask,
Lovest thou me?
And I cried out! You know I do my Lord, my Savior, and he said" feed my Sheep",
Tell my children where I brought you from,
Tell my people how I care for them, tell them of my Love for them, and my word I will keep.
Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the hearts of man, the things which
I have prepared for those that "love me".
They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as Eagles;
They shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Tell them that my Grace is Sufficient for them;
Listen can you hear "voices in the wind " it is the ancient ones.
Tell them he will keep them through difficult times, tell them he will supply their needs
Tell them if they abide under the shadow of his Love and protection, he will give, the desires of their heart,
Tell them what a fellowship they can have with him.
Tell them they don't have to do anything, all he ask is that they Love him, and all other things will
Fall into place, tell them to listen for the "Voice of the Holy Spirit" and he will show them,what
Brings real happiness and peace,
Walk through this world for me! And write these things that I have given you,remember
My word is quick, and powerful, and sharper than a two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing
Asunder of spirit soul and body,
These ancient ones, though being dead yet "speak", these all died in faith, wherefore seeing we are
Compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses,
Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin that so easily besets us, and run with patience
The race that is set before us. For you have need of patience, that after you have done the will
Of God, that you will receive the promise. I am the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
He that the Spirit has set free, is free indeed. When the Spirit is Lord, there is freedom,
To do the will of the Father.
Let him that is athirst come, and whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
