How can I stand,
without you so near?
Your power at my fingertips,
You make it clear.

How can I stand,
without you to guide?
Your my shining light,
stay by my side.

How can I stand,
when the trials get tough?
When I feel like giving in,
You lift me up.

When the enemy comes in
like a raging flood.
Just open my eyes, Lord,
I'll plead the blood.

For there's an army of angels
camped all around me.
Too many to count,
Victory in Jesus.

Love you, Jesus.
