He Came

- Fiction No
There was a time I was blinded by sorrow.
Couldn't see the light of day for my problems,
could see no tommorrow.
But I fell to my knees in the midst of the storm.
I saw my Savior coming for me upon the perillous sea.
Lightning was striking, thunder would roll,
my poor ship was shaking, taking it's toll.
He came, He came, upon that perillous sea.
I kept my eyes on Jesus, everything else was doubt.
I began to walk to him, started to sink, he pulled me out with a shout.
His mighty hand saved me that day.
Now my soul is in his hands,
He prays with me everyday.
We walk together,
talk together.
He's in my heart to stay.
Though the winds may become
boisterous and the waves
may crash at my feet.
I remember the day he saved me
and brought a victory to my soul that is so sweet.
He came.
Victory in Jesus.
God Bless you all.
