Closer to God,
I want to be.
Just me in his Spirit
swaying gracefully.

Tears of joy will flow,
and freely fall.
Glory to our God,
the Maker of all.

Control me, Lord,
You have it all.
My whole heart is yours
at your beckon call.

Your will is mine.
You're the only true vine.
I'm just a branch
at your command,
a pillar of stone,
not sinking sand.


Love you God.
