Shine down on me, Lord.
Give me the right words to say.
I'll use your mercy as crutches
to make it through this day.

Shine down on me, Lord.
Give me the right words to say.
When I'm comforting others
in the heat of the day.

Shine down on me, Lord.
Help me not to falter.
Lead me beside those still waters.

Shine down on me, Lord.
When I'm giving you praise.
for I'll lift up your mighty name
all of my days.
