There I was on the auction block of sin
Satan had me and it looked as if he'd win
How much for this one he yelled to the crowd
Tears ran down my face as my head bowed
For no one's wanted me my whole life
All I've had was pain, misery and strife
Then I heard a voice so clear and precise
I'll take her satan, name your price
The crowd grew silent, not a sound was heard
Satan cried out..Jesus for this one I require Your blood
Jesus cried out...Done! It's a deal!
I'll pay the price on Calvary's Hill
My head jerked up, my eyes grew wide
As I looked into those beautiful eyes
He looked at me with so much love
I knew He'd been sent from the Father above
How could anyone love so much
That He'd give His life, shed His blood
For a nobody like me, I'll never understand
As He reached out and took my hand
He said go My child, you've been set free
Go tell the world, everyone you see
That I love them and what I've done for you
I yearn to do it for them too
